How does it work?

Dr. Bill Miller will help you to set your goals, develop your plans, choose your options, and execute your actions towards success in your ministry.

Normally, we will connect for one hour every month.  This can be either face-to-face, or over the phone.  You set the agenda, with guidance from your coach.  You will develop your plans & choose your options.   Your coach will resource you as needed with thoughtful questions, useful resources, and new ideas.  He will serve as a sounding board for your ideas and plans.  Then you will execute your plans, and your coach will lovingly hold you accountable for following through on the plans you have made.  Each month we will track goals and progress, and make mid-course corrections toward your ministry success.

Dr. Bill Miller has been an invaluable help and coach who has enriched my life and ministry.  I highly recommend him to you.
