This is a life examination tool. As we end 2009 and move into 2010, this tool will help you to take a look at your life, and decide where you need to put additional focus and energy for the new year. (This tool can be used in conjunction with the “Seven LifeGoals for Life Success” tool which is also in the “Personal Growth” section of HighPower Coaching.
- Three-month Coaching Plan
Goal:
Deal with one pesky project which you’ve been meaning to do, but just can’t seem to get it off the ground.
- Objectives:
- Frame the project into a clear mental picture of the Desired Outcome
- Assess the Key Action Steps necessary to complete the project
- Determine potential Resources of People, Finances, Time, and Learning necessary to help the project succeed.
- Description:
Unlike a typical coaching relationship, we will not spend much time discussing one’s personal mission or long-term life goals. The focus will be on one key project or problem or obstacle which needs to be overcome. Because of the nature of the time-span (3 months), the project will need to be one which can reasonably be started and initial actions completed before the three-month span is over. This can be determined during the initial free review session.
- Sessions:
This plan will include 4 sessions: an initial session to assess the possibility of a coaching relationship & the key goal. Then there will be three monthly phone sessions of one hour each. These will be supplemented by email and on-line resources from the HPR Coaching resource pages.

SermonBase Message Planning Software
PLAN OUT AN ENTIRE YEAR - With SermonBase you can quickly prepare an entire year of sermons. how: 1. Set the Filter button in the upper right to Year, and press ‘Go‘ (Make sure you have set the Filter to 2010; Use the Command Bar at the bottom for that). 2. Click on “Series/List” tab to see any Series you may have already created for 2010. 3. Create your Series using the menu “Series/ New Series”. Make as many as you need. 4. Fill in the gaps with stand-alone Messages, using the “Messages/New Message” menu item. 5. Once the Series are all planned out for the year, you can go into each Message Set and start working up Titles, and Focus for each message.
