"Power Tools for Pastors"

Feel free to forward this to a friend!

A Word from Bill

Hi Pastors and Church Leaders,

Summer is upon us.

This is a great time, not to kick back and relax, but to amp up the evangelistic activities.

Up here in MN people finally come out of their hibernation states, and venture outside into the wonderful beautiful summer days.

Any church can do some great outdoor actives for kids, teens, adults. They can sponsor picnics and athletic events, or organize 5K’s or city cleanup campaigns, etc. There are tons of great ideas out there, as a way to connect with your world.

Take a look at the factoids for today. People are interested in spiritual growth, even those who do not attend church. What kind of a special spiritual growth training could your church offer as an entry for the Gospel?

All the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. We will be here to help you make your church well led and well fed, all during summer and beyond.

Best to you in Jesus!

Dr. Bill

Simple Church – A Review of a Compelling Book – – Simple Church, by Thom Rainer & Eric Geiger, is a compelling book. Based upon a lot of research, which they detail in their book, they make a very strong case for the simple church. They define simple church this way: “A simple church is designed around a straightforward and strategic process that moves people through the stages of spiritual growth.” They then unpack this definition in a highly effective way throughout the book.
