Dr.  William T. Miller II

Dr. Bill Miller has 25 years of pastoral experience, serving in a variety of settings from churches of 200 to a 1,000 people.  The churches have ranged from quite traditional to extremely contemporary; from over 100 years old to planting a brand new church.  He has served in the roles of Senior Pastor of multi-staff churches, as an Executive Pastor, an Associate, and as a Church Planter.

Dr. Miller’s D.Min. is from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, with a special focus on church growth and church health.  He received his M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. 

He is a certified Sonlife Trainer in the Growing a Healthy Church™ & Everyday Commandment/Commission seminars.  He also is certified in using the Natural Church Development™ survey, and the Church Health Survey™.

Bill has been married for 25 years to his beautiful wife, Melodie, and has three children.  Two are in college and are preparing for full-time ministry service.

Bill is currently serving as Executive Pastor of Crossroads Church in Albert Lea, MN.
