Flock Details:
"Class Name" -- For each Flock you can assign a name of your choice. Each Flock name must be unique. The Shepherd software will warn you if you already have a Flock by that name.
"Shepherd Name" --For each Flock you can assign a Shepherd to the class. The drop-down arrow to the right of the Shepherd entry box will reveal a list of all people assigned the “Shepherd” role.
"Previous/Next Class Requirements" --If you are using the Shepherd software to oversee a discipleship process which includes built-in movement between classes, this is where you assign the previous class which must be taken before the current one. You may also mark the next class into which they will be promoted.
If these entry boxes are filled in, the Shepherd software will check first, and disallow anyone from signing up for a class if they have note completed the required “Previous Class”.
When they are marked as having graduated from a class, they will be automatically promoted into the “Next Class” listed.
