INTRODUCTION -- SHEEP -- SHEPHERDS -- FLOCKS -- PREFERENCES

REPORTS: 

All reports in Shepherd give you the option to customize a name for the report.   You will be offered a suggested name, which you may then adjust before viewing the report.

The "Flock Report" will prepare a report of every class/group in Shepherd, listing the names of each person in the Flock.

The "Graduates Report" will prepare an alphabetized list of all people who have completed the courses and graduated out.  It will also include the quarter and year in which they graduated.

The "Sheep Report" provides an alphabetized list of every person marked as a “Sheep”.

Selecting this report option will bring up a Print Palette window which will allow control of the actual report window. From the Print Palette window you can choose to Print, Cancel, or move the Report page up or down to view the entire report. When you are ready, select “Print”, and the report will be printed, and you will be taken back to the Preferences screen.

The “Shepherds Report” will print a list of all persons marked as Shepherds.

Selecting this report option will bring up a Print Palette window which will allow control of the actual report window. When you are ready, select “Print”, and the report will be printed, and you will be taken back to the Preferences screen.

The "Strays Report" will prepare an alphabetized list of everyone in Shepherd who is not currently assigned to a Flock.
