Contact Information

Basic contact information is provided for all individuals in your Shepherd database.

The fields of City, State, and Zip have default values which can be set in Preferences. Once set, any new records will start with those values already filled in.

There spaces for three phone numbers, Home, Work, Cell, and for two email addresses, Home and Work.

Clicking on the brown labels next to the email data boxes will cause your default email program to attempt to send an email to the address listed.
