Tab Controls

Tab Controls: Flocks

The “Flocks” tab on the right side of the Sheep screen allows you to see current and past history of class or group attendance for the particular person whose name appears on the left side of the screen.

There are three parts to the Flocks tab: “Select a Class”, “Current Class”, and “Classes Completed”.

Tab Controls:  Notes

The second tab on the Sheep screen is “Notes”. This is a dialogue box which will allow you to enter any notes you need to for each person. Each Notes field is unique to every individual in Shepherd.

You can keep any pastoral notes, concerns, or miscellaneous data which is not easily kept anywhere else.

Tab Controls: All Sheep

The third tab on the Sheep screen is “All Sheep”. It provides a list of every person in the Shepherd database who is marked as a “Sheep”.

It lists their full name and the current class in which they are registered. The first 20 people will be visible, and then any others will be viewable by accessing the scroll bar on the right.

Clicking on any of the Sheep names will take you to their screen.

There is also a deletion “X” button. This will permanently eliminate the selected individual from the Shepherd database. You will be given a confirmation warning before this action is taken. If you would like to skip the confirmation warning, and just immediately delete the selected individual, you may hold down the Shift key as you click on the red “X”. This allows for rapid deletion of individuals from the Shepherd database.
